Terms and Conditions
If you wish to register, please read all sections of this contract and only register in case you agree with all sections hereunder and consider them as binding to yourself. Our service may only by used by persons above 18 years of age.

The provider of HappyEcommerce is KontorNET Bt. (further referred to as the "Service Provider").
Through registration, a contract with the following points is concluded between the Service Provider and the private person or the company registering on the happyecommerce.com website (further referred to as the "User").
Subject of the Contract
The Service Provider offers the User a business solution, which can be used immediately and provides the technical background necessary for commercial activities on the internet.
Account terms
The basic requirement for using the happyecommerce.com system is the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. In case of intent to use the non-free service, the payment of the invoice issued by the Service Provider based on the requested service or package after submission of the subscription request is necessary. The requested service is approved after the payment of the invoice (within 1 working day maximum). For using the solution package provided by happyecommerce.com an active internet connection is needed.
- Entry of a valid e-mail address during registration.
- The User acknowledges and accepts that in case of using the free package the Service Provider is entitled to place advertisements in the e-mails sent by the happyecommerce.com system as well as on the public interface of the e-shop.
- The User shall not be entitled to any profit from the advertisements.
- The Service Provider shall decide on the quantity and placement of the advertisements at their discretion.
- The User is not entitled to encourage his/her visitors in any way to click on advertisements or to avoid it.
In case of using non-free packages the contract is concluded for a period of 1 month or 1 year depending on the selected package, as described in the instructions to the given package. In case of breach of any condition of the General Terms and Conditions the Service Provider shall be entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect, without repayment of the subscription fee. In case of cancelling, the User shall not be entitled to any claim for compensation. In case of termination of the contract initiated by the User the repayment of the subscription fee is not possible.
After expiry of the subscription period, the contract shall not automatically be extended for another period included in the package. The parties are entitled not to extend the contract without reason. The User may send the notification about his/her intention to extend the contract via the webshop administration interface belonging to him/her or based on information sent by the Service Provider via e-mail. The precondition of the extension of the contract is the payment of the subscription fee according to the invoice. Before the date of expiry, the Service Provider shall inform the User about the steps necessary to make in case he/she wants to extend the contract via e-mail.
The Service Provider is entitled to delete the account without notice, if any of the following cases occur from the side of the User:
- Offering, presenting or advertising for any illegal product or service. (Before presenting something on the pages of the webshop please make sure that the activity you wish carry out is legal according to the effective legal regulations. Not knowing the law does not exempt you from penalty.)
- In case of choosing a sub-domain or name considered as not ethical by the Service Provider.
- 1 month of inactivity (did not enter to administer the webshop, there is no change in content, no transaction).
- Sending mass e-mails (SPAM).
- In case of existence of any legal case or complaint.
- In case of any activity discrediting the Service Provider or in any other derogating the Service Provider’s goodwill and reputation.
Terms of Payment
The service fee shall be invoiced according to the pricelist valid at the time of registration of the request for subscription. The subscription fees can be found http://happyecommerce.com/pricing_and_order.html in the Subscription menu item of the administration interface belonging to the User. The Service Provider reserves the right of changing the conditions of using the services included in the free packages without prior notification.
The Service Provider offers 98% technical support on a yearly basis. Data saving is continuous; in case of technical error the previous status can be recovered within 48 hours maximum. In case of data loss resulting from the User’s fault the Service Provider shall only restore the content after paying the recovery fee. This fee and the recoverable status are determined upon the occurrence of the data loss, in case the User sends notification about his/her demand in this respect. The Service Provider may inform the User about planned service outages, temporary restrictions via e-mail. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any lost profit during the planned or not planned service outages and takes no responsibility for the resulting financial losses and the User shall not be entitled to any claim for compensation. In case of breach of the General Terms and Conditions or request for cancellation of the account the Service Provider makes no backup of the contents recorded by the User, thus the User shall not raise a claim in this regard later on.
Privacy Policy
By accepting this contract and completion of the registration the User agrees to the handling of his/her data. Purposes of the handling of data: provision of the requested service, documentation and instruction material, calculation of statistical data, continuous contact, information about existing and new services launched by the Service Provider, as well as delivery of the notifications sent by the happyecommerce.com system electronically.
The Service Provider shall handle the data entered during registration and the recorded e-mail address databases, as well as any personal or business information that they became aware of confidentially and shall not handle those over to any third party. Exceptions may be such legal cases, when the Service Provider is obliged to provide the Authorities with the requested information, with proper documents and certifications, after checking done by the Service Provider’s legal counsel. The Service Provider is entitled to charge the related costs to the User.
For using the services it is necessary to enable cookies. If you do not wish to enable the use of cookies, you may disable it in the settings of your browser. In case of disabling cookies some elements of the service can only be used partially or cannot be used at all. Cookies are files that are sent by the server to the User’s web browser and stored on the User’s computer. No personal data are stored in cookies.
The happyecommerce.com website, the public administration interface of the webshop created by the User’s registration and the graphic elements constituting its parts, as well as the administration interfaces and the source codes belonging to them are the Service Provider’s property; copying them is illegal. It is not possible to place and operate the webshop requested in the happyecommerce.com system on an external server.
Handling, upload and administration of the products found in the webshop belonging to the User is the User’s task in all cases. The Service Provider does not participate in the sales process and has no relation in any form with the customers, has only with the User contractual relationship. It is the User’s responsibility to observe and comply with all legal regulations concerning any purchase or the use of the functions provided by happyecommerce.com.
In matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions the effective provisions of law shall be governing. In cases of dispute the Municipal Court of Győr shall be competent. In case of using the subscription-type service the User shall not be entitled to cash repayment as all functions of the webshop requested in the happyecommerce.com system can be tried out within the framework of the free package without any restriction, thus the User has the possibility to get familiar with the service to 100% prior to the subscription.
These General Terms and Conditions are accepted and contracted electronically. The Service Provider is entitled to modify any condition of these General Terms and Conditions without preliminary notification. Nevertheless, if the above modification means extra charges for the User, the Service Provider shall send preliminary notification to the User to the e-mail address submitted during registration.
The Service Provider shall not in any case or any form undertake guarantee in connection with the sales of the products distributed by the User or with the appearance of those in internet search engines.
Warning
The User is entitled to use the newsletter sending module of happyecommerce.com only in compliance with the effective local legal regulations. In case of any misuse or notification thereof the Service Provider is entitled to suspend the registration without delay. If the Service Provider suffers any material damage (including damages resulting from technical damages) or moral damages resulting from sending SPAM mails, the Service Provider will make charges against the User and suspend the service without delay.
Please in all cases ensure that you are identifiable, submit only real data when registering or sending mail. When registering on the happyecommerce.com site, the IP address of the registered user will be recorded.
You as a selling person or company shall in all cases observe the stipulations of law during conducting electronic commercial activities. If you are not aware of the information, taxation and declaration obligations you have to comply with, please consult your legal counsel or accountant.
